3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by contacting us directly. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are listed over the phone, in advance. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and e-transfer. For organizations taxes may be applicable.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable privacy laws in Ontario.
